Obituary of Yuriko Meyer

February 27, 1931 - March 4, 2020

Yuriko Meyer passed away at Community Hospital on March 4, 2020 at the age of 89. Yuriko was born in Osaka, Japan to Tokichi and Yaeko Tanaka. She came to the Monterey Peninsula in 1958. She loved gardening, shopping for gifts, holidays especially Christmas and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband Casper Leo (Pat) Meyer, her children Barbara Chandler, Joyce Aguirre and Peter Meyer. She is also survived by her grandchildren Patrick Meyer, Nicole Gallichio, Christopher Chandler, four great grandchildren Eli Meyer, Evan Meyer, Lily Gallichio and Giana Gallichio. We love and miss you Mom, Nana, GG.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
