Obituary of Evelyn T. Enders

Evelyn T. Enders passed away in Monterey at the age of 88. She was born in Pittsburg, PA to William and Betty Warnock. She met Francis G. Enders in Pittsburg, PA and they married in 1946. They relocated to Monterey County in 1953 as a result of his Military Service in both the Navy and Army. Evelyn worked in the hospitality industry for 50 years, retiring from the Hyatt Regency after 35 years. She devoted her entire life to her children. She is preceded in death by her husband, 3 sisters, and a brother. She is survived by her sister, Pearl(Ed); and her sons, Jerry Enders(Ann), Bill Enders, Tony Enders, C.J. Enders, and a daughter Frances Enders; her grandchildren, Jeff Pestana, James Enders, Dylan Enders, Sommer Enders-Bailey, Justin Enders, Cody Enders, Anthony G. Enders, and Lauren Enders; her great grandchildren, Isis, Aneesa, Anthony A., Boston, Conner and Colby. A viewing will take place at Mission Mortuary, 450 Camino El Estero in Monterey, on Tues. April 28th from 5-8pm. A Rosary will be said at 9am with Funeral Mass at 9:30am on Wed. April 29th at San Carlos Cathedral, 500 Church St. In Monterey followed by burial at Mission Memorial Park, 1915 Ord Grove Ave. in Seaside.
