Obituary of Harlean M. Parshall
Harlean Mathewson Parshall, age 75
Harlean Mathewson Parshall, who was born in Visalia on Sept. 5, 1935, passed
away in Burbank, Calif., on Sept. 5, 2010, her 75th birthday.
She was a Partner and General Manager of Mission Memorial Park in Seaside for
14 years.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Parshall of Seaside; three daughters,Marilyn Jane (Janie) Moore of Palmdale, Lori Gompers of Rocklin, and Diana Camba of Temecula; two sisters, Virginia Jamison of Kansas City, Mo., and Carole Mathewson of Payson, Az.; by eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Marilyn Arnett and Vivian Nenninger.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, at the
Congregational Church of the OaKS, in Del Rey Oaks, where she was the Pianist
and Choir Director. Visitation is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at the chapel of Mission Memorial Park in Seaside, a chapel built by the deceased when she served as General Manager.
