Obituary of Spencer D. Ealey

Spencer D. Ealey, Sr., was born February 16, 1936 to Maxel and Sallie Ealey, in Gadsden, Alabama, and he moved to Seaside, California in 1959. Spencer worked for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Spencer attended several different churches here on the Monterey Peninsula. He enjoyed playing golf, watching all sports, and spending time with his grandchildren and family. Spencer is survived by his lovely wife of forty-six years, Bobbie Ealey of Seaside, California Three sons, Michael (Jacqueline) Ealey, Spencer (Cyndi) Ealey Jr., Tariq (Irene) Ealey; seven grandchildren, Lanieka Ealey, Rakeisha Ealey, NaRasha Ealey, Kerrisha Ealey, Keon Ealey Cottrell Ealey, Corinthian Ealey; four extended grandchildren, Malcolm, JaLen, Jusiah, Skylar; one great grandchild, Dasanyi Ealey; two sisters, Angelia (Ron) Britt, Gonica (Harrison) Coleman, One brother Steve Ealey, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 4:00 ? 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5th at Seaside Funeral Home, 1915 Ord Grove Avenue, Seaside, California. Funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6th at the Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Mission Memorial Park.
