Obituary of Toshiko Yamaguchi
Toshiko Yamaguchi passed away on March 18th. She was born in Japan on August 11, 1930. She was the middle sibling of 3 children. Her older brother, Takehashi, and younger sister, Kikue, both preceded her in death.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting. She loved making quilts. She played Bingo 3 times a week with her friends. She traveled and liked escorting friends and family visiting from Japan.
Toshiko is survived by her only son, Tosh; 3 nieces, Aiko, Seiko, and Reiko all of Tokyo, Japan; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Takeshi and Tazuko, and their children Tadao and Hiroshi all of San Francisco.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 7th from 2pm-5pm at the Elks Lodge, 150 Mar Vista Dr. in Monterey. Donations may be made to the SPCA of Monterey County.
