Obituary of Eleradia Quindara

Eleradia Lopez Quindara, age 90, died peacefully at home surrounded by family, on Friday, December 12, 2014. She was born on April 26, 1924, in San Fernando La Union, Phillippines. She married her husband Galope in 1946 and gave birth to her eldest daughter Estrellita that same year. She migrated with her family to the United States of America in 1965. Eleradia was a long time parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Church, a member of the Legion of Mary, the Fil-Am Club and Fil-Visayan Club. She is survived by her adoring daughters Estrellita Quindara (Ron), Salinas, CA and Marie Quindara Garzon (Alexander), Irvine, CA and her beloved brother Jose Lopez (Eugenia) Seaside, CA and several nieces and nephews. Eleredia was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Galope in 2001. Vigil will be held from 3pm to 8pm with rosary at 7pm, Wednesday, December 17, at Seaside Funeral Home at Mission Memorial Park, 1915 Ord Grove Ave, Seaside, California. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, December 18, at St. Francis Xavier Church, 1475 La Salle Avenue, Seaside, California.
