Obituary of Diane Midloch

Diane Midloch, aged 68, of Monterey passed away on June 17th after a long illness. Diane was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Col and Mrs. C. B. Drennon. She came to Fort Ord with her parents in 1960 and remained a resident of Monterey for the rest of her life. She was a graduate of Monterey High School. Diane was well known in the financial and real estate communities of the Peninsula as an employee for many years of Saunders California. She was very active in Golden Retriever affairs, showing dogs and editing the regional publication. She and her therapy dog Daisy were familiar visitors at area nursing homes. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Miles Midloch. She leaves step-daughter Suzan Herben of Monterey; brothers C.B. Drennon of Fairlawn, Ohio, Donald Drennon, of Augusta, Georgia, niece Megan Gaul of Vandalia, Ohio, and nephew Andrew Drennon of Rockville, Maryland. The family especially thanks caregivers Felomina Olalia and Maria Faye Bouyer.
