Obituary of Idilita B. Jackson

Idilita B. Jackson, age 61 passed away peacefully on February 24, 2015 at Carmel Hills Care Center with her daughter at her bedside. She passed after a long battle of breast cancer. She was born on June 30, 1953 in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. She attended Liceo De Cagayan University, Philippines and earned a bachelor's degree in Accountancy on December 1994. Idilita "Inday" was preceded in death by her parents: Bruno Bunsato and Bienvenida Abellanosa, and her brother, Jaime Bunsato. She is survived by her only daughter Airenee Ranile, sister, Milagros Marasigan and brother, Ernie Bunsato. Idilita worked as a CNA in multiple facilities around Monterey County for at least 14 years. Family, friends, co-workers and even physicians would describe her as such a character with a positive attitude, wittiness and exceptional resiliency. Her one and only daughter Airenee would describe her as "the most amazing mother with unconditional love." A visitation and funeral service will be held at the Mission Mortuary, 450 Camino El Estero, Monterey, CA., Saturday, February 28, 2015 Visitation from 10am - 2pm - rosary at 2 pm and funeral at 3 o'clock.
