Frank Anthony Ferrante

   Frank Ferrante passed away on September 23, 2022, with his family by his side. Born in Monterey, California, he was a son of the late Frank Ferrante and Grace Russo, both of Monterey.  He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with loved ones.

   Frank Ferrante was a graduate of Monterey High and native to the Monterey Peninsula. He was a Veteran who served in the United States Army. He worked for Monterey Salinas Transit, where he retired with over 30 years of service. He volunteered his time as a little league coach for his sons in their adolescent years. His hobbies and interests included fishing with his family, watching sports on TV, going to Monterey High football games, and going on cruises with his wife.

   Frank is survived by his wife Judy Ferrante, his children Frank Ferrante of Alamo Ca, Michael Ferrante of Salinas Ca, Matthew Ferrante of Seaside Ca, Tricia Ferrante of Seaside Ca, and stepdaughter April DeLabre of Illinois, 6 grandsons, and 1 great-grandson. He was loved by many with his warm smile and big heart. He is preceded in death by his father Frank A. Ferrante and mother Grace (Russo) Ferrante.
