Josephine Arneda Nerona

Passed away on March 18^th, 2021.

Born May 21^st, 1965 in Monterey, CA.

She was the daughter of (predeceased) Johnny Rimando and Beatriz Asher of Nevada. Josephine was also preceded in death by her daughter Jessica. She is survived by her son Elijah, her mother Beatriz, her brothers: Luis and Tracey Asher of Nevada, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She dedicated her life to being a devoted Mother to her children.

She was employed by the US Federal Government, working as a Naval Weather Forecaster in Monterey. Josephine loved spending time embracing herself in the community; volunteering for the child care center & attending Peninsula Christian Center in Pacific Grove. She loved vacationing and visiting the island of Maui in Hawaii, considering it to be her most favorite place. She was known by her loved ones as someone who loved animals, children, trying new foods, and most important, they knew her to be a very compassionate and generous soul.
