Lorelei "Lori" Tau (Conlan)

Obituary of Lorelei "Lori" Tau (Conlan)

Lorelei Veronica Tau (Conlan) passed away in Hollister, Ca on November 3rd at the age of 75. She is survived by her children Kelly, Bobby and Jill, her grandchildren Giordan, Spenser, Shelby, and Kingston, her sister Neila, and brothers Tim, Pat and John. She preceded her big brother Mike by only two days.

Lori was an incredibly loving person, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, and found it in her heart to share herself endlessly with just about anyone. Through laughter and caring she lived her life in the happiest ways possible. As a retired RN Nurse, with a family in itself, Mom spent much of her life taking care of people, not only to the best of her abilities, but with true care and compassion for others. She had a passion for things like elephants, butterflies, gardens, the ocean, the color pink, and a pension for the little things in life. She was creative and artistic, and had a talent for doodles seen on any piece of paper near her. She was intelligent and clever, and shared this gift through teaching us all in many ways. As well, she had a silly and witty side, with a love for debate that would leave you laughing for days. This is a woman who will be remembered through us all, with a brighter spot in the day of each person she touched. Remember her well, with a smile, a laugh, or a helping hand.

Lorelei, Lori, Mom, Grandma, Dori Lori, Little Red, that blonde nurse, may you rest in peace, knowing that wethat we will live each day for you. As my niece put it best,  ….all we will ever do more than love you, is miss you. …… Love, everyone
