Obituary of Claudette Elizabeth Schnars

On Wednesday, November 7, 2019, Claudette Elizabeth Schnars passed away peacefully at the age of 70.  Claudette, the beloved daughter of Claude and Frances Witcher, loving wife of Terry Schnars Sr, loving mother of DeAnn Santos (Ollie),  Emily & Terry Jr Schnars, attentive grandmother/ great grandmother of Christopher (Elizabeth), William (Aoto) & Olivia Santos.  Claudette is survived by her sisters Patricia Massaro (Frank), Verna Witcher and brother Edward Lamar (Carol) and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Claude Witcher, mother Frances Witcher, brother’s Clarence, Royal, Robert, Vernon and her beloved sister Edwina Nickelson.

Claudette was loving and always devoted to her family and friends.  She never met a stranger and her home was always known as the “Do Drop In”.   Her joy in life were her grandchildren, family events, playing bingo and her love for the Wheel of Fortune machine.   She dedicated her entire life to her family and she will live in our hearts forever.
