Obituary of Patrick Cosio

Patrick Cosio, 82 died peacefully in Folsom, CA on September 3, 2017. Patrick worked in the dining hall at the Asilomar in Monterey for more than 50 years. He received numerous awards for his excellent work ethic and dedication. He was loved by his co-workers and patrons. He loved his music, his cars, going to the movies, and always had a joke to tell. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. After a long illness, he is now happily reunited with his beloved family in heaven. Patrick was born in Gilroy, CA on June 6, 1935. He was the youngest child of Pat Cosio and Nellie Sheehan Cosio. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Betty and her husband Edwin Bates, who raised him from a young age. Patrick was also preceded in death by his other five sisters. Patrick leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him. Graveside service will be held Monday, September 25th at 10am at Mission Memorial Park, 1915 Ord Grove Ave, Seaside, CA.
