Obituary of Leslie H. Costanza

It is with great sadness to announce that Les Costanza, 60, died peacefully on October 26th, following a courageous battle with cancer. Les was the son of Anthony and Rosemarie Costanza who are both deceased. He is survived by one daughter Jade Monet Haider-Costanza. Two sisters: Fran (Paul) Flores, Cheryl (Greg) Glass. Four Nieces; Marisa Gonzalez, Mia Flores, Jovanna Garza, and Lisa Nagy. Two Nephews; Brian Glass and Jeff Glass. Les was born and raised in Monterey. He worked over 25 years for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, as a Master Craftsman. He was loved by all with his laughter and kind hearted spirit. His vacation home at Lake Nacimiento was his favorite get a-way. He loved boating, water skiing, fishing, and racing his radio controlled boats; riding motorcycles, wrenching on and shinning his cars. Les was an active member of San Carlos Cathedral and he will be GREATLY missed by all. There will be a mass on November 8th at 10:00 am at San Carlos Church with a private Entombment at San Carlos Cemetary. The family requests in lieu of flowers that you make a donation to your favorite charity in Leslie's memory.
